About me

Hi, I’m Christina Tsartsaraki — an art and well-being mentor, early years practitioner, and author with a deep passion for nurturing creativity, mindfulness, and connection in children and families.

I’m the founder of Dramartistic, Dramartistic Yoga, and Dramartistic the Greek—creative programs that bring together the magic of drama, storytelling, art, and yoga, inspired by both educational practice and cultural heritage.

✨ Dramartistic Yoga is my own creative method—a magical blend of yoga, drama, and art, woven together into one holistic journey. We begin with the body, move through the mind, and finish by connecting with the soul. It’s an experience where children can play, move, imagine, relax, and ultimately express themselves in the most natural and joyful way—through art. This approach includes yoga storytelling, drama techniques, creative visualizations, breathing exercises, and expressive arts like drawing or painting to reflect their inner world. Dramartistic Yoga helps children grow strong and flexible in body, calm and focused in mind, and joyful in spirit.

✨ Dramartistic the Greek is especially close to my heart. It was born from my deep love and pride for Greek culture. Through this project, I celebrate and share the richness of Greek language, mythology, traditions, and values—bringing them to life for children and families through playful, immersive experiences. I created this program because I truly believe in the beauty and timeless wisdom of my culture, and I want to pass it on in joyful and meaningful ways.

I hold a degree in Digital Media, Communication & Marketing, and a Drama Certificate from the “Tabula Rasa” Drama Academy in Greece, where I specialized in creative writing and theatrical play. I also trained at an Acting Academy in London and have completed a wide range of courses and seminars in areas such as:

  • Art therapy

  • Child protection

  • Children’s observation and planning

  • Pediatric emergency first aid

  • Play, learning & the brain

  • Children’s mental health and well-being

  • Kids yoga teacher training / yoga stories

  • Baby massage and relaxation

  • Guided meditation practice

  • Yin yoga

Beyond teaching and mentoring, I’m also a creator at heart. I write and illustrate my own books, design and build my website, and I absolutely love creating campaigns from scratch—from the initial idea to the final design, every detail is a part of my creative expression.

I am the author of:

  • Venus’ Yoga Journey: A Cosmic Wish

  • To the Earth

  • Guided Meditation: To the Space

Each of these titles invites readers into a world of imagination, movement, and mindfulness—blending storytelling, cosmic wonder, and emotional well-being.

I’m currently working on a series of children’s books, yoga stories, and guided meditations for all ages, combining movement and mindfulness in creative and accessible ways.

One of my greatest hobbies is researching and creating documentaries about Greek culture, with a special focus on Macedonian tradition—a subject I hold very close to my heart. I’m currently working on the Sofka Documentary Project, a labor of love that explores stories, heritage, and the deep-rooted identity of a culture I’m proud to represent.

My workshops, classes, and events are full of color, movement, imagination, and heart. I love messy play, arts and crafts, and everything that encourages children to express themselves freely and joyfully.

Thank you for being here. I hope you find inspiration, peace, and a little bit of magic as we journey together through the arts, wellness, and culture.

🌿
With creativity and kindness,
Christina
